I ran across Process when I was looking for my wedding hair stylist. I went in for my trial appointment and was thrilled, they have such a great space and their people are amazing. Kim did my wedding hair and completely knocked it out of the park. She looked at my semi-inspiration photos, listened to what I described, understood what I actually wanted, and did such a beautiful job. On the day of, she was such a gem to be around and also did a really great job with the bridesmaids’ hair. They are now my favorite salon - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a hiccup with a recent haircut at Process after over seven years of consistently great experiences there. So, I reached out to the owner, Barri, who was incredibly kind, validating, and accommodating. She personally brought me in to recut my hair and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of, even setting me up with great products to support my hair as it grows back. I couldn’t be more grateful for her care and professionalism, she truly went above and beyond to make things right.

I had a haircut today from Josh and it was the best haircut I had in years. I have curly hair, not too curly but let’s say curly to wavy depending on how I do it, and it is very hard to get a decent haircut in this town. I spent years looking for a person that cuts hair well enough to make my hair fluffy, stylish, and easy to use. Josh did an amazing job, it’s exactly as I hoped and worth every dollar I paid. Josh listened to what I wanted from this haircut and also wasn’t hesitant to make recommendations as needed, which I am very happy about. He executed it perfectly. He is also very polite and easy to talk to. In addition even though I was second to last person I didn’t feel rushed but it also wasn’t too slow. The appointment took pretty much same amount of time as I booked for. The hair salon is also very nice and smelled good. People were very nice in general. I will definitely be back next time I need a haircut or even to get my hair dyed. The only downside was that I had to book my appointment with Josh waaaaaaay in advance, but I guess that is probably normal since he seems to do a great job.
